Another significant area of focus for Walder IP Law is in providing consultation services to clients to assist them with various issues regarding the establishment and management of intellectual property portfolios. These consultation services range from assisting clients in the establishment of internal IP systems, forms, and procedures to protect the clients’ investment in new technologies and brand recognition, to consulting clients regarding the value of IP portfolios, and the like.
